Emma received her Master of Science in Counseling with a Marriage and Family Therapy concentration from California State University, East Bay in Hayward, CA. Her training and experience includes providing short term and long term treatment at Social Advocates for Youth, a Sonoma County non-profit providing support to low income families, homeless youth, foster youth, and youth involved in the legal system. Emma has experience providing services to address a wide variety of presenting problems, including mood disorders, trauma, and anxiety disorders. Emma’s clinical interests include developmental trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, family issues, and life transitions. Emma utilizes a strength-based and trauma informed approach to support students in improving overall well-being and identifying solutions to their problems.
