Irene completed her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She has experience in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, and college counseling. Irene completed an APA-accredited internship with the Chicago Area Christian Training Consortium where she received specialized training in faith-integration and working with adolescents and adults requiring more intensive mental health services. Irene is passionate about helping college students discover their true selves while empowering them to remove barriers in living life to the fullest. Her clinical interests include spirituality and psychology, mindfulness, vocational issues, anxiety, complex trauma, and concerns raised by first-generation, immigrant, and international students. Irene also works with clients on alleviating depression, performance and social anxiety, relational problems, grief, and stress.
